I love my new TV. The Samsung is great. I'll be honest, I shopped for these in person at the store Best Buy's first and Samsung had a much better picture (better managed & motion) than economic models like LG and Sharp. Watching HD channels (I think that CBS broadcasts are the best), particularly sports, is disconcerting. The image is strong, the colors are rich and deep. There is a bit 'of vibration when a ton of movement, but what is unpleasant, or distraction, when you watch a show. I really can not see a non-HD channels again, that look awful in comparison.

Samsung LCD TV last about a year and a half before the power is interrupted due to the fact that they were created with faulty capacitors. This is a widespread problem that Samsung was well aware, but refuses to recognize. TV is one of the guarantee, which is only a matter of time before power is broken, and will cost $ 150 to $ 400 U.S. for repair. Searching on Google for "on-off problems Samsung" or "Samsung TV will not turn on.
